The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We have set up a warehouse in Michigan so that orders can be shipped as quickly as possible even when we are on the road doing shows. Product is ordered every Thursday, to get the best selection and fastest delivery we recommend getting your order placed by Wednesday.

    SHIPPING TIME: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your order PLUS shipping time. Out of stock merchandise is ordered each week and generally ships the following week. Shipping times vary depending on destination location. All packages ship via USPS First Class Mail.

    **If an item is needed by a specific date, please make a notation on your order in the comments section at checkout and we will do our best to accomodate your request.**

    PAYMENT PROCESSING If you are paying with a credit card you will not be charged until your order ships.  However, if you use PayPal we cannot delay the processing and your account will be charged immediately, even if the items are not available at the time you place your order. Orders paid via PayPal will be refunded through PayPal for any out of stock items that are not shipping or for adjusted shipping prices (see below).

    SHIPPING CHARGES We strive to keep shipping prices low so we can pass on that savings to our customers. Retail orders shipping in the U.S. will be adjusted to the following rates:

    up to $25.00 = $2.95
    $25.01 - $50.00 = $4.95
    $50.01 - $75.00 = $6.95
    $75.01 & over = FREE SHIPPING

    International orders will also receive a reduced shipping rate, but since the rate is based on destination and weight it cannot be calculated until your order is pulled.
